HISTORY
In April 2003, the Center for Bioethics completed construction of a ReadyCam uplink studio, operated remotely by VideoLink, a leading provider of broadcast/transmission services to major worldwide networks and corporations. VideoLink is uniquely positioned to provide effective communications solutions using its ReadyCam, a remotely operated studio that can be installed anywhere. The construction of this studio was generously supported by the Greenwall Foundation, the Haas Foundation, and the University of Pennsylvania Center for Bioethics for the purpose of developing bioethics television and distance learning capacity.
